I was just wondering who has tried it and did you get results?

I decided to give it a try last night considering I was dilated to a 3 at my last appointment and have had some cramp-like aches this past week. I have been walking like crazy and I just feel my body "going there" if that makes sense. (It's amazing how your body "talks" to you). My tummy instantly tightened within seconds of starting and I had that tightening on and off throughout the night. This morning I'm definitely having stronger crampy feelings. Anyways, I think I might go walking again today if things don't happen before I get the chance. :)

Are the "crampy" feelings and tightening of my stomach contractions or what? I just am not feeling them like the contractions I felt before when I went into pre-term labor and delivered at 24 weeks with my last pregnancy.

I don't know about NS but with orgasm I experienced severe cramping the further along I was! I always went around 37 weeks, I don't know if our healthy sex life had anything to do with it... hehehe

I have not tried NS, but I've always heard that you have to do it HARD to get 'results'.

I wish I would go already! I'm trying so hard to maintain some patience, I spent some time in prayer over it last night and that helped. I just wanna meet him already :)

I know what you mean about sex being rather unappealing at the moment. I'm there much of the time, quite honestly. But, I've seen the wonders of sex with nipple stimulation as it relates to bringing on labor LOL So, maybe, being as close as you are and feeling your body talking to you as it is, it might be worth 'biting the bullet' and giving it a shot *shrug* I've been there.

Just work on your attitude throughout the day. Psyche yourself up for it from the moment you wake. Do what you can to make the evening as special, relaxing, inviting, romantic as possible. Allow yourself to relax and open up to that idea and to hub. Think erotic thoughts.

As for just nipple stimulation..by itself..no sex, nothing even close..just sittin' there twirlin' nipples ?? Oy. No way. Couldn't do it..unless there was a DIRE need. I'd much rather work on psyching myself up for sex, seriously. And it's just going to take even more intense stimulation that way as your body isn't naturally relaxed and allowing it to work. KWIM?
