WEll I was thinking about making my own crib set, but I couldn't find any material that I liked, and the ones online are sooo expensive. But what do you think of this crib set?
I love dragonflies, they're my favorite bug. I don't know the sex, but I want something neutral so I'm not constantly buying crib sets. (BTW Abby's is all messed up) anyhow here it is, tell me what you all think.

It's classy-cute, not cutsie-cute. I like it! I wouldn't add the yellow, green+yellow is pukey to me - it screams I'M UNISEX!!! IMO... But, I do love green...

Very cute! :-DI love LOVE the color! The sage just makes it look so nice! I remember wanting to buy crib set for ethan and that was sage and had teddy bears as a decor but it was to expensive. Never thought of making it but it could be because i don't know how to sew. LOL! But you, you can. I've seen your the stuff you make and it always comes out real good and cute. :-D Okay i'm blabbing now, well as you can tell it's a definite yes for me. :-D

You know, to be honest, my first thought was, "Eh, dragonflies are more on the GIRL side than the boy side..." But the longer I've looked at it and thought about it... it really is pretty neutral. I *love* the color, I think it's beautiful and I actually really like how simple the design is, it isn't overwhelming like *Some* baby bedding out there. It looks very fresh and clean... but not sterile and un-homey. I really like it! :)

I like it. :-D I went with blue/white for mine thinking it was pretty neutral, but it pretty much says *boy* to me every time I see it. So both girl times I had to pink it up. I think green would be nice then you could just add either or accents easily.

Happy baby shopping!

I do think this bedding is a little more on the "girls" side, but that's only because when I think of boy stuff, I think bold, dark colors, puppy dogs and fire trucks!

but I do love dragonflies, and I can picture my little boy at the lake with us, sitting still so a beautiful dragon fly can land on his little hand.

Keep the opinions coming ladies! I appreciate it!
O and Vanessa, thank you for your faith in me :)

Esther, you are so thoughtful and creative! I think the set is one of the best from their collection and love the cream/yellow accents. That green is so peaceful too!
I'm a yes!

Normally, I don't like the unisex idea, but I think this is really beautiful, Esther. And I second Nessa in that you're a very talented seamstress, so I'm sure your bedding will be absolutely perfect. Go for it, girlfriend, and you have to promise to show us the end product.

I love it! The sage green and the lemon yellow are perfect together. I, too, am partial to dragonflies and to very simple designs.

The other ladies said that you are quite a seamstress. I recently thought about learning to sew just so I could increase the options that I have in home decor items. Is it difficult to learn?

Anyways, I agree with the other ladies. This is a great, uni-sex design!

Okay ladies! I didn't win the dragonfly set, but I am glad. I think maybe I will search online and see if I can't find a afordeable fabric that I love and make my Junebugs bedding.

Proverbs31student: sewing is easy to learn, but you need patience. I'm not a great seamstress, but I can look at something and think of how to do it, and then the next time do better because I've learned from experience. KWIM? also I have a surger machine, and boy I love that thing!

Thank you ladies! I knew I could count on you!

I like the green color too. I also thought dragon flies would be more for girls but looking at it I can see it more neutral.

Hehe! Ok...to clarify - I'm not 'against' unisex...but I would stick with a single color. :-) I just don't prefer yellow with green. I do like that specific color green - it IS very soothing!

Let us know what you decide on making!
