So, have you other pregnant gals toyed with names? I *liked* Liam... but now I'm not so sure... we'll probably toy with names until I'm about ready to pop. Here are the names in my running, and this will probably change as well... but just for kicks... here are mine. What are yours??

Gideon: Hebrew-Hewer; mighty warrior
Hamosh: Okay, can’t find meaning now but before I read that it’s the Scottish form of James.
Elijah: Hebrew- Lord is my God
Elisha: Hebrew- God is deliverance
Thomas: Hebrew- A Twin (deep meaning there… ::snort::)
Seth: Hebrew- Appointed One
Liam: Irish- Unwavering Protector

Well for me, I had names picked out before I even became pregnant. But here they are

GIRL:
First names: Lydia, Taylor, Sarah, Temperance, Lelah
Middle names: Grace, Faith, Josephine, Love

Boys:
First Name: Josiah, Elijah
Middle Name: Steven (after my FIL)

I'm praying so hard for a boy, Esther... I'm sticking with ONLY boy names for now. ::snort:: We'll find out one way or the other this month some time, so I'll update then. :)

Since the minute I peed on the stick, I felt this one would be a girl...
so here are my top girls names:
- Abigail (Father's Joy)- but dh had a dog with that name grrrr :(
- Malia/Maleah Ruth or Grace (meaning variations, some say derivation of Maria others say it's Hawaiian.)
- Rebekah Grace was our girl's name for last baby - I still like it, but don't love it.

For boys, the options seem less frustrating...
Nathaniel or Nathan (still up for discussion)

Oh I really like Gideon too. My DH knew someone nice by that name which always helps.:-D I am fresh out of other names now. We had all of our favorites picked out and have used them all up on kiddies now. I have been digging looking more into meanings now, but we have yet to talk and agree we both like something. ??

Oh Jen, I'm praying with you. May God give you your hearts desires! For myself, I would like a boy, but a girl will be nice too. I'm just praying for a baby that will sleep through the night and not scream everytime Daddy tries to hold him.

I know strange. but Abby has a cousin named Feliz and the more I say it the more I hear it the more I love it! Hubby says no :$

Oh yeah... don't get me wrong... I will be tickled to pieces no matter WHAT!!! but my little wish is that it's a boy... :)

I love Gideon, just because it is a little different! But I also really Elijah and Elisha!

I love the name Brighton, Bright for short. Think its soo cute but just couldn't do it! lol I guess its a good "character" name since that's where I first heard it-on TV.
