These last few days Abby has found a wonderful phenomenom (sp?), the art of pulling down her pants (trousers for those of us living in Britain), ok well actually taking them completely off. Luckily we have been at home when she decides to do this. I think it's cute but probably won't when she decides to do it in the middle of church or something:-D Has anyone else's children done this? How long does this phase last?

my two youngest still do this, although the almost 3 year old will ask first. my 4 year old just takes them off. he only does this at home. also none of my children like wearing socks, and are running around with them off right now.

We are STILL sometimes reminding my 4 year old daughter not to get naked when we have company! :-D I think it's a gradual progression- at 4.5, she's already getting to where she wants to get dressed in her own room and have more privacy.
I still vividly remember about this time last year, when we were eating at a restaurant- she spilled a little bit of her drink on her shirt, and immediately started to whip it off over her head! That was a close call! :-D

As soon as the boys get to their grandparents (any of the grands) they immediately strip down to a diaper. Gabe, of course, keeps his clothes on, but at home, he strips down to a pair of gym shorts.
Around here, it's normal, and as long as they're dressed in public, it's ok, so we don't worry too much, but some Fridays, one of the boys will go to eat lunch with me and Brian (for a mama, daddy and me day) and if we just have the one boy with us, I'll usually ask for a back booth and take his shirt off and let him ENJOY his lunch, rather than worrying about ketchup, salsa, cheese, whatever on him, LOL
but i think they mostly grow out of it around 4 (so they say???)
But when i first saw your thread title, I thought of the day I asked Patrick that and he said "trash". (yup, that's where they were, LOL)
That's so funny Kana!
Yeah, Abby says "shoes", asking me to take off her shoes and then she takes her pants off and then says "shoes" again for me to put her shoes back on. So tonight she ran around in a onesie (vest) and some pink boots. But since the pants were off she ended up writing all over her leg.....oops!
