Question for those of you who are using NFP/FAM to avoid pregnancy: how big of a mucus patch did you have before your first PPAF? Was it very distinct compared to the other mucus that you observed?

I'm thinking that my first PPAF may be in the near future. Just curious how it happened for others.

My first PPAF was when Abby was about 9 months old (still haven't gotten it yet this time....woohoo!) and about 2 weeks before AF came I had a ton of EWCM so I knew AF was on her way. It was more than I normally get, maybe double or three times the normal amount. I knew I was def ovulating and that AF was right around the corner. HTH!
