I am on my 4th pregnancy and not once, any other time I was pregnant, did I ever even feel sick. Now, all of a sudden, I have had bouts of nausea and this morning, ummm, it was full fledged "morning sickness". What's weird is that all 3 times I have felt sick is when I have eaten breakfast, which I very rarely do (I know, shame shame). Maybe I should lay off the breakfast first thing in the morning. Yuk!!

I'm sorry you are feeling so icky! I have never had MS.
I did have slight MS but never actually threw up. I used to make myself a banana smoothie for breakfast because that's all I could get down.

Oh sweety I feel your pain and understand. I am sooo sympathetic to your MS. I had it with both children. With my second I had to be admitted into the hospital. I will tell you this, you will have to do what you feel you can do. I had so many suggestions from people. You have to do what you feel comfy with. If you are taking prenatal vitamins, ask your doc if you can stop until the MS is over. My doc told me to just take Folic Acid, but even that made me sick... :( :( :( I was sick for my first trimester and then got better. The great part was I lost twenty pounds... and still had 8 lbs. 11 oz babies both times!
I had HORRIBLE morning sickness this time around for the first four months, I was practically stuck on the couch like an invalid.
However, I did manage a few things like brown rice, toasted bread with nothing on it... (if I ever see or smell brown rice or crackers again I AM GOING TO SCREAM LOL)
Try not to skip meals though, I know it's hard (because I was just there) but do your best to eat something because when you miss a meal so does your baby.
Try and keep your pre-natal vitamins in because at least if you feel there are days where you definately CAN'T eat, the baby is getting vital nutrients.
Its not fun I know, I mean my first pregnancy was twins and I wasn't even nearly as sick as I was then and I am only having ONE baby this time around.
Praying for you

You have my sympathy regarding the sickness - I have only started to feel good over the past few weeks of my pregnancy so the memories are still very fresh. In my case the sickness was constant. It was a shock that it was so much worse than with my previous pregnancy. And noone seemed to understand just how awful it was.
Morning Sickness can definately be worse when you have an empty stomach - so, I think the key is to find something that your stomach can handle at breakfast and stick with that (I know that this is easier said than done when the last thing you feel like doing is putting any food in your mouth).
I ate a very small range of bland foods for weeks on end because they were the only things that I could (usually) keep down.

I had very, very little morning sickness with my pregnancy. The only time that I acutally threw up during the entire first trimester was when I ate a HUGE breakfast one morning. So I learned to take it easy and not eat big breakfasts--but to still definitely eat breakfast. And then I had a couple of weeks where nothing looked very good and I had to force my food down. But I still made myself eat--I just tried to graze on snacks more.
Hope that you start to feel better, Lori!
