that sounds like it belongs in a posh decorating magazine, doesn't it?

Our "general public and kids" bathroom has been in desperate need of something on the walls, but I haven't been able to find what I want, something in bright colors and jungle animals theme to go with my red and green elephants changing table cover, and something CHEAP! the other day, my 2 year old daughter did some beautiful scribbling on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper, and I had an inspiration! Today at Walmart I got a cheap but nice looking black frame and framed it for the wall. She scribbled in all kinds of bright colors and I think it looks really cool! We'll see what my husband thinks when he gets home. anybody else ever framed their kids work?

oooo I did similar...in the 'general public/kids' bath at that!
My kids did handprints. All in different, brightly colored paints. Simple cheap frames. Viola!

Received many compliments.

Right now I'm working on getting another idea in motion. The kids recently did some 'blob' paintings. I'm going to display them on the long hallway wall to the school room upstairs. But not in frames...I'm going to use some nylon twine, strung through some eye hook deals. Attach the pics to the string via little plastic clothespins. Easily rotated. : )

But the frames are cool too...also easily rotated. I LOVE the idea!!
You'll share pics...right? ; )
