First, I wanted to thank everyone who responded on the "ovulation question" thread. I am still second-guessing myself and want to make sure I am doing this right. If you are so inclinded, these are my temps & CF's for the past 20 days (sorry if this is TMI):

96.87 NCF
97.02 NCF
96.66 NCF
96.80 NCF
96.64 NCF
96.80 NCF
96.85 NCF
96.87 NCF
96.57 NCF
96.47 NCF
96.58 * (spotting)
96.10 *
96.48 *
96.18 *
96.87 *
96.80 NCF
96.44 NCF
97.18 S-->C
97.02 C
96.82 NCF <--This is today

For I second I thought I had or would O this week bec of the CF change and my temp started to rise BUT now I am back to NCF and my temp dropped again (I read in TCYF that for the temp shift, it should go higher and stay higher until your pd starts). Am I not ovulating yet? I am guessing my cycle is still out of whack? I had a heavy 8-day pd right before these temps start and less than 2 wks later had 5 days of spotting (listed as *'s above).

Okay, first are you doing everything accuretly? taking temp after 3 consecutive hours of sleep? same time every morning? with a basal body thermometer? Orally or vaginaly?

What's your history? are you typically 28 days? anything that may be keeping stressed? colds? work? anything?
Sorry if I can't help more, but I do know that it isn't abnormal to have an anovulatory cycle.

Next I went ahead and created you a chart, and no you have not O'd yet.

Thanks for that cool graph!

I try to always get 3 hrs of consecutive sleep, but I am still nursing my 5-month old so sometimes it might be only 2 hrs of sleep between his last feeding and when I have to get up for work
same time every morning? with a basal body thermometer? Orally or vaginaly? 4:30 am, yes BBT, orally

What's your history? are you typically 28 days? anything that may be keeping stressed? colds? work? anything?
I have never really charted before; I was on the pill when I got pg with Sebastian so I was on a 28 day schedule but it was forced. If I had to go back to my pre-pill days I don't think I was a 28-day girl. My job is kind of stressful and we have all been sick lately - Alex had the croup and dh and I caught it also, but I feel ok now.

Today my temp was up again- 97.02 and I am spotting AGAIN. I will check out that site to see if I can do more there - I keep my temps and cf's on a similar excel spreadsheet here, but didn't want to upload the whole thing in my post and my sheet doesn't graph itself like that. Thanks again!

Christine,
you many not be Oing yet. Sometimes nursing will do that. I would suggest going to fertility friends and start your chart.

also you will have a more accurate temp if you take it vaginally. The stress of your job, having a cold and nursing can make you delay in Ovulation. But keep it up. Try your best, keep charting and make a note of when you don't get 3 hours of sleep, or if there is added stress etc....

If you look at my chart, you will see that I didn't O until the cd17, it is because we were traveling to california. and the stress of things made me O later than usual.
Good Luck

Thanks - I am starting to think this is my pd now and not just spotting, so I guess I will start a new chart. I did my old chart on babymed and saved it, too. Do you like fertilityfriend or babymed better?

I don't know much about babymed, I set that account up so I could do a chart for you. But I do like ff. I don't pay, but the basic's is all I need, and sometimes they give you like a free trial, which is cool. If you want a really good chart and are willing to pay a onetime fee of $50 or maybe it's $40, Ovusoft is awesome. It's actually set up from TCOYF. I believe they have a free one month trial bases. Here's the site, its only for 15 days. http://www.ovusoft.com/products/ I would wait till you're done spotting and then, save your info. And when you're done spotting do the trial period.

Anyhow, hope that helps
