I helped to deliver a baby that was over 12 pounds once-vaginally. That baby had to be the result of gestational diabetes! Amazing!

Okay, I was about to die carrying Tanner around in that last couple of months and he weighed 10lbs 14oz... Yikes!!! I can imagine she had some serious pelvic pain... Ouch!! That is one big baby....
