A comment on Katie's photo post made me wonder, what's everybody's hairstyle? Katie's is obviously long and straight (gorgeous, my friend), mine is long and straight as well.

Here's my hair as it is right now, but I'm going to get a new "do" tomorrow. I'm gettin my hair *did*. :) Hey, I live in the south, I'm trying to "Dig the lingo". :) Any other photo's??

VERY CURLY!!! I usually leave it long, but my hubby loves short hair, so I chopped it to my chin earlier this summer (BIG HUGE mistake! Picture a blond little orphan annie! Yikes, all that curl needs the weight in the length to hold it down! LOL)

Short! They call my style the "horseshoe", it's shorter in the back and a little longer in the front. I've had this for about 4 months now, and I think I'm going to grow it out longer. I think shorter hair makes me look older. Now that I'm "mid" thirties, I'm not wanting to look older.

I had mine cut about shoulder length a couple months ago.. I am at the grow out stage. I have super thick hair, so I have it really layered & whispy.

My hair is very long and very straight. Most of the time it is in a ponytail so my son won't pull it. Right now I have it down but pulled back with a bandana type thing.

Mine is very short my next door neighbour did it for me and she left one side long and the rest short. I am growing it at the moment as I miss long hair so so much, I want my hair back sniff sniff boo hoo LOL.

Photobucket is a great tool for downloading/posting pictures, you can resize with it and it has different ways to use your photo, so you can use one photo for multiple websites. Here, I have used the (IMG) link, which is the bottom choice, I believe. What exactly do you need help with, I'll see if I can help ya.

Long and straight yep! Actually, that picture definitely does me and my hair no good! I hate it, hate it, hate it! I am going to attempt to get a coworker to take a better picture of me sometime this week. Anyway - my hair is currently touching the waistline of my pants. I have to be careful not to sit on it!

Mine is naturally wavy and it hits about mid-back. I like to fix it two ways depending on my mood or time..blow-dried straight or scrunched up into waves/curls with a little hair gel. I will try to post some pics a bit later.

You know, Tara, long hair is "out", thus I'm growing my hair out... I don't like to be "in". :) And right now... YOU'RE in... you should be ashamed of yourself. ::snort:: (And yes, girls, I'm kidding)

Actually, I have grown my hair out because I have really had short hair most of my life and wanted to see what it was like "on the other side"; now I know... and I actually like this better... for me, personally, anyway.

Well, I never have been one to follow the in crowd *shrug*
I just do my own thang..which seems to be 3 years ago's trends Ha!
But anywho..we shall see about this hair thing. We shall see. Right now, let's just get it back to grazing my shoulder..THAT's my focus!

My hair is exactly the same length and shape as yours, Jen. (smile) I have layers in the same places, too. My hair is darker, finer, and flippier, though. My hair was nearly to my waist four years ago and had been for about ten years. Then I cut it up to my shoulders and layered it really good, just for fun... and it was... for a while. Then I started missing my long hair so I started growing it out again. I don't know when I'll stop. Probably when I stop liking it. At this point, I love my length and style.

and what planet are you from? Nah, I like the back, but i have grays around the frame of my face, and even when I dye it, they just look like "colored gray", LOL.

Before i had kids, my hair was super curly. I'll try to find a pic and post it in a bit. But when I had the back to back pregnancies, my hair went cRaZy and it's just wavy now. I don't get it, but Oh well.

Now...it is usually under my shoulder blades....then after my DS number 2 this past January I cut to shoulders as shown...however, I should have NOT gone shorter this summer since it is now to my chin and twice as curly due to lack of weight holding it down! LOL...I don't have any pics of my currently! I'll try to get a current one this weekend!

thanks....I loved it too! It actually was one of those "mistake" pics because Owen was yawning! ...he was a BIT jaundice in the pic too! Heehee! Our little yellow man!

I didn't even notice it until you said something. We had two really yellow little men, too. Patrick was the worse of the two, of course, b/c of the pyloric stenosis, but anyway, it's still precious. I love the yawn. It's like one of those "aww mommy" looks.

It looks a bit redder in the picture than in real life. I am actually a brunette and am growing out a bit of red at the ends..but that will change soon. I am going to get my hair dyed a dark brown with golden highlights soon. ;o)

This is so fun!! I almost never have the same hairstyle when I get it done. Ive had it super long, super short, mid-length etc. Ive done it all. Right now its short. I was trying to grow it out but it was driving me nuts so I got it cut, but let her know I was growing it out, she cut a bit too much off, but I like it anyway. Ill try to get some new pics and now Ill present some of my hair pics thru the 'ages', lol.

I have enjoyed looking at all the pretty hair!! I got mine cut about 3 weeks ago! I wanted soemthing different and came out of the hairdressers with something completely different than what I even had in mind??!!! But that always seems to happen to me.........lol
Anyway the pic. of me in the avatar was taken in March and it was slightly longer than that when I cut it. It is now layerd all over, with flippy wispy bits that I have to make sure flip out the right way and it hits my collar, so it is the shortest I have had my hair in about 10 years!! I need to get a new pic. to show you!

My hair is a little longer than my shoulders and has been for about 30 years. Before that my waist.

Jayne, my hair does that and I hate it!! it wisps all over the place if its layered all wrong. Whats more is that I too cannot go into the hairdressers with one hairstyle in mind and come out with something completely different. That always happens to me. Even when I use the same hair dresser! oh well.
