Here's one of those first I didn't think I'd see so soon...

Angela made me a necklace for mother's day out of love and playdough. I loved this necklace. I even wore it out and people asked where it came from because it was so pretty!

Well, Angela took it out of my jewelry box without permission so she herself could wear it..Only somehow she sat on it and crushed it..

Hubby was furious because Angela's been taking alot of things that aren't her's and breaking them..So he told her she'd have to make me a new necklace..

She started making me one of gold and mine was blue so I told her I didn't like gold and that I wanted blue..

Well.....

The next thing I know there is a sign hanging on her curtain (no door so she got the point across with a curtain) The sign read
"STOP!!! MOM"

:( So I asked her what had I done and she said she didn't want to talk. Then she screamed out
" YOU KIND OF HURT MY FEELINGS MOM! YOU KNOW I WAS GOING TO MAKE YOU A GOLD ONE BUT OH NO YOU SAID YOU DIDN'T LIKE A GOLD ONE DID YOU? YOU HAD TO HAVE BLUE! WELL I USED ALL THE BLUE MIXING THE COLORS FOR THE FIRST ONE. YOU REALLY HURT MY FEELINGS! "

Now, this child was screaming at me after a whole day of misbehavior and we were both tired so I said :oops:

" WELL, ANGELA DO YOU THINK THAT MAYBE MY FEELINGS WERE HURT WHEN YOU TOOK MY FIRST NECKLACE AND SAT ON IT?!?"

and she said

" PROBABLY SO BUT NOT AS HURT AS MY FEELINGS ARE! THE GOLD WOULD HAVE BEEN PRETTIER! "

" WELL I DON'T LIKE IT! "

" WELL THATS WHY YOU HURT MY FEELINGS! "

" WELL YOU'RE THE ONE THAT TOOK MINE AND BROKE IT! I LOVED THAT NECKLACE! MY LITTLE GIRL MADE IT FOR ME AND IT WAS SPECIAL."

So she mumbles

" Well you're little girl isn't going to make you another one. Thats for sure."

So I say

" YA KNOW WHAT? I DON'T WANT ANOTHER ONE. THE FIRST ONE WAS MADE OUT OF LOVE AND WAS SPECIAL. The second one would just be because Daddy told you to. I don't want another one."

" Good because I don't want to make you another one. "

" Well, I guess we're done."

" Oh, we're done alright MOM! "

:shock: Then she ran because she'd pushed me too far and she knew it..

So thats how my night went, how was your's?

Well, she's going with MIL to see FIL off to the nursing home...maybe a break will do us well...I can't believe she screamed at me..We never scream at each other...Hubby's the screamer of the house... :(

MIL left without her... :x

So here's what happened...Angela got up and was about to go upstairs when I told her I was sorry we argued..

She said " Oh! I was going to appologize first! "

Then she told me she was sorry she hurt my feelings and I told her I was sorry for hurting her feelings (sounding alot like some movie script) and she hugged me and said

" Best friends right? "

So yeah we're cool 8) gonna go paint the bathroom together.

Yeah, it didn't hurt that she spent the night with Granny. I'm here in the tranquility of my surrounds completely engulfed in wasting time before I crawl back in bed :wink:
