Have any of you had these?

At my last dr appt he said the ultrasound showed that I either had a uterine fibroid or a spot where the uterus was just contracting during the ultrasound. He didn't seem to be too worried about it but said they may check it again when we are further along.

All the things I read online indicate it isn't that big of a deal but I just wanted to hear what you ladies had to say!

Everything else in the pregnancy was great...my weight is holding steady, my blood pressure is good, and the heartbeat is strong.

I am sure your doctor has things well in hand. I was an L&D nurse for over 8 years. We had a woman who was Amish come in AFTER she delivered the baby at home because her placenta would get hung up on her fibroid. So it was a problem for her in that she couldn't deliver her placenta and would have excessive bleeding because of it. BUT she seemed able to get pregnant every 10 months despite it. It is my understanding that it can make getting pregnant more difficult and can cause some bleeding issues at times. Sounds as if you might not even have one, and if you do that your doctor is on top of it!
