The Little Dipper

Anyone else use this for babies to try and self feed... After a very enthusiastic beginning, my only 5 month old baby stopped wanting to eat and kept grabbing for the spoon/dish/anything I was eating so I got her this little dipper thing made by Gerber and she loves it!! She can't dip yet, so I dip it and feed her bites in between her sucking on it and looking at it. I have been looking for one of those Baby Safe Feeders, found them online but they seemed expensive- anyone know where to get one for cheap? None of my grocery stores or WalMart has it. :(

I got mine at Winn Dixie for cheap, I also think I saw one at Target. I love it and put just about anything in it. Hope you find one.

They are little mesh things that you can put basically any food into- the baby can hold it and suck on it and get some food but no big chunks- my search is over- someone has generously offered to give me one!
