Well, my appointment with the doctor went pretty good last night. We will induce at 5am this Friday morning (aug.3rd) - she will come in around 7:30am to break my water...and she predicts an easy quick labor with birth between 9:30am - 10:30am.
I haven't progressed any in over 3 weeks, which concerns me, but she says not to worry, the Pitocin will do the trick and I should labor fairly quick/easy. I sure am praying it goes smoothly!!!!
Have a bladder infection which adds to me recent list of afflictions, but hopefully it will be almost mended by Friday. Medicine is icky and makes my belly churn....but worth it to get rid of the pain associated with the infection.
Had a few contractions through the night last night....but nothing to get excited about! I'm still hoping he decides to arrive before Friday! You'll be the first to know if he does!!

Praying for you sweetie! Were you induced with your first? My 2nd delivery went sooooo much easier than my first!! I will be thinking & praying for you Friday!! Guess you don't need to worry about mailing your cards.. :lol:
PS... drink lots of water & cranberry juice!

Wow, only three days, that time will come so quickly, and then you will wonder how the time you were pg went so fast! LOL
I pray you do get a quick labor! and that little man comes soon! I can't wait to see pics!

My first arrived at 37 weeks 1 day ....all on his own! I wasn't even dialated the day before, then wam! Here he slid out in less than 6 hours from beginning of labor to end...
This one is like his father...stubborn and not wanting to do what I want him too!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
Cards will probably go out in the mail on Thursday! I'm almost done with them now!

HEHEHE! That is funny! DS was stubborn like me & DD was just so ready to greet the new world. I was induced with both, but DD was a lot easier!!

I'm so glad you get to see the light at the end of the tunnel now! Do you have a name picked out? Maybe you posted that in your journal?? Anyway, your time is coming - woohoo!! :D

For the second time in this pregnancy, I thought we had decided on a name only to be informed by my husband that he's not sure he likes the combo....so we have agreed to make the final cut the day we meet him!
His first name will be Cash....just not sure what the middle will be now!....grrrrrr.........frustrating!!!
