I love their short attention spans

My 16 month son is so distractible. When I am busy, I keep a few things handy, and usually, all I have to do is give him something new to play with and he forgot all about whatever he was unhappy about 2 seconds previously. :lol:

That is great that he is so easy to be kept entertained and seems pretty content. It so hard when you are trying to cook and they are hanging on to your leg!!! Ethan used to go through my drawer that had pots and pans and take all of them out, it was noisy but at least it kept him busy while I was cooking!!

I love that age! [heartbeat] When mine were that age I had a big drawer in the kitchen just for them where I put kitchen odds and ends that I seldom or never used anymore. They loved it! :D
