This month has been kinda crazy and I'm not 100% sure when I started my period this month...but I THINK it was either the 8th or the 10th....

So, I'm either CD13 or CD15...

Can you tell I've never done this before? :roll:

I'm not temping as I don't think that would work well for me...I KNOW that I would constantly forget and I would get frustrated with that. I've been checking my CM (which I'm completely new to) and have the little calendar thinger on Fertility Friend.....

According to the calendar, if I started my period on the 10th, my possible ovulation day would have been yesterday......I've been looking around online for ways to be able to tell whether or not you're ovulating...

With checking my CM...it's been more creamy and not stretchy...so I probably haven't ovulated yet...right? It's not EWCM....I know that much....gosh, I feel so lost in all of this! :roll: :P

Umm...help?

To know if you've ovulated:
1. your temp goes up and stays up
2. you get a positive result on an OPK
3. CM dries up

To remember to temp, I set my alarm to wake me up at the same time each day. I temp then either get up or go back to sleep!

I am new to the charting thing, too. I have read the book Taking Charge of your Fertility and it has some great insights. I think that when you are o'ing that your cm is egg white a few days before. YOu can also check your cervix but I am not sure how to do that.
I know that taking your temp is annoying but I think it is the most accurate way to tell what your body is doing. I got a ditigal thermometer that stores the last temp. I put it next to my clock and take it first thing. I don't read and record the temp until later on. This system seems to work for me.

Your CM is truly your best friend. I tried ttc for 34 cycles so became very aware of the awesome design of God's intricate work of the body. It truly tells you all you need to know once we are aware of how our bodies work. Seems strange we are girls but when it comes to ttc it can be difficult to understand how it all works together!

I did bbt, CM, CP, OPK's, charting, charting, charting and oh yes, lots of charting. It was a fun journey and I learned so much. My bbt and CM were my best ways of telling ovulation.

The power of prayer worked the best for me and God's ultimate timing.
