Okay...I know I need to go at least one more solid week before he is "ripe" to arrive...and I definitely don't want to rush him out by any means, I want him as healthy as possible.

BUT - I AM SO MISERABLE!!! [crytantrum] [crytantrum] [crytantrum]

I am sitting at my desk now having contractions about every 10-15 minutes. They are just hard enough to make me stop and catch my breath, but not hard enough for me to feel like I should head to the hospital yet. And I know, from the last few days experience, they will let up in about an hour and a half and I won't have anymore til around bedtime tonight probably. It's just so ANNOYING! [crwy]

My back hurts, there are of course the contractions but now...I feel like I have a TON of pressure "down there" :shock: KWIM? And I don't even want to go into how hard it was to ROLL myself out of bed this morning :? . It's as if my back and abdominal muscles are just too worn out to help me get up anymore! Ugh....

Okay...I'm sorry for whining.....I'm just so ready to not be pregnant anymore. Come on week 37!!!! I am praying this week zooms by!!!

I started the "pressure down there" week 35 and it got worse all week...I delivered my first at 36 weeks...that was my biggest indicator! I felt like my pelvis was at my knees! Hang in there! Good luck!

I totally remember that end-of-pregnancy feeling- you poor thing! Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot that helps, is there? Just spend lots of time imagining meeting your precious new son- all those cuddles, and their sweet smell, and those little baby noises!

Woohoo!!! Just came back from the bathroom!!! TMI but it appears I lost the mucus plug!!!! Completely gross, I must say, but no doubt that's what it was!!!

Alright!!! Maybe we can last out this week and start in with the real stuff over the weekend!!!!

Physically (as in my body) - OH YEAH!!!

Physically (as in home, baby stuff, etc.) - Yep! I took inventory this weekend, and although I didn't get to go really buy a bunch of stuff, my fellow C-moms and my sister and mom have taken care of us! Between some of the ladies here sending me hand me downs and a few little surprises, my sister bringing me a chest to put them in and my mom coming through on the carseat, we are ready to roll! I even managed to finally acquire a mattress for the crib we have! So...God has blessed us indeed!

Emotionally - So ready to "meet" my new little guy, but savoring those last few days of just me and my hubby in the house. KWIM?

Overall....yep...I am more than ready for him!

We haven't officially set the date....but she still wants to. I would like to go naturally if possible, and since my BP and blood sugar have been so good lately, I figure we can wait...but 37 weeks, well...it's almost here!
