Tracking Ovulation

Hi,
This may be a bit of a dumb question but I do not track my temperature and since I've been off the pill for TTC # 2 (and then my AF is all over the place), I find it hard sometimes to figure out exactly when I am my most fertile. Any helpful suggestions out there?

If you don't take your temp, I'd suggest tracking you fertile CM. When it is of an eggwhite consistency you are the most fertile. If you never get EWCM but you get creamy cm then that is your most fertile time. Keep track of when you have it. And after a few months you might see a pattern. But I'd suggest tempt. This is the first month I actually did it consistently and it is amazing to see how your body works. But anyhow. No question is a dumb one! :D
