I have finally gotten up the courage to post here. I am starting to really feel pregnant as the morings sickness is now hitting full force.
I will have my first ob visit today to get an accurate due date.
Any tips for handling the nausea?
Eat small and eat frequently. And as posted in Bekah's thread, ginger is supposed to help ease nausea. Ginger pills or anything with ginger in it.
Good luck with your visit! :D

Hi! :D Keep us updated on your due date! :D In regards to morning sickness something that really helped me (the only thing) was a drink called Horchata (which is rice water). And believe me i tried EVERYTHING!

The sour citrus altoids would normally work for me. Also, ginger ale, occasionally seven up, peppermints and sour gummy worms. The sourer it was, the better.
Crackers came up on me this time around, so I don't normally suggest them. I saw a pregnant woman in Hobby Lobby with those elastic sea sickness bands on. I have heard that those can work, I didn't break down and try them though.

I've heard that red raspberry leaf is an anti-nausea drink. As an added plus, it tastes good and it strengthens your uterus for an easier delivery!
woo mamajoy, welcome... another happy belly :D
Just take it easy - that's all I can say and if the morning sickness etc gets unbareable don't be afraid to ask the Dr for help on that one.
I couldn;t eat properly for the first four months and only got my appetite back at Easter Time, just in time to scoff all that chocolate that apparently we arent supposed to be eating LOL.
