All I can think of is burp cloths, bath towels, nose thingy (I called it a snot sucker) but I think the hospital gives you that.

I highly recommend a Bumbo seat...I didn't have it with my first and it is soooo awesome to help them sit!

HUGE DITTO on that bumbo seat. esp. with your little guy running around. We just plop ours in the middle of the table and sit patrick in it. well, not now. he's in a regular high chair.

but anywho: they're great.
they're like $40 online, but I think another company has a similar product for a little less.

Ebay, ebay, ebay for that bumbo seat! And I agree with the others, it was very handy, especially when they can't sit up on their own but they want to be upright.

Breast pads or some new nursing bras would be a nice thing for Mommy. Or how about a gift cert for Super Suppers/My Girlfriends kitchen (who wants to cook when home form the hospital?). Okay, I'm a take-care-of-Momma kinda gal since Mom needs to be happy and relaxed in order to take care of Baby. Blessings to ya! ~Kerri
