Me and the family went to Dairy Queen tonight for a treat and I saw those Moolattes. I thought they'd have caffeine in them, so I asked if they made them with decaf coffee. Well, good news! They don't even use coffee. They use coffee flavoring. There's absolutely NO caffeine in DQ's Moolattes and they are so darn good! :D

Just thought I'd pass the good news along!

Coffee was the only thing I didn't go off when I was first pregnant, so in not being able to eat willingly (meaning I had to force feed myself as I felt so sick) I DID keep to my 1-2 cup a day, which apparently is the recommended dose if you MUST drink coffee and tea. Usually I only have one coffee p/day and drink a decaff tea later on. The thing is I worry about the chemicals which may be lurking in D-caff. At the end of the day, I don't feel I am playing the fool and I am trusting God for my baby. I drank coffee in my last preg too (only 1-2) and my bubs were fine. I think it's when you drink excessively it causes the probs!

I really love Coke, but that has caffine in it too - so I have been replacing that with other enjoyable soft drinks, but of course limiting to one a day. Sometimes I do have a coke though! UGH all these rules!

I also discovered that DOME does Decaff... yah!
