One of my best friends who is pregnant came by and dropped off two first response early tests, as she no longer needs them. She stood outside the bathroom door and waited for me to try one...I told her I really doubt I am pregnant, this is only our 3rd month trying. I am 3 days away from AF....

There are two pink lines....but one is very faint. My girlfriend and I can both see it though. My hands are shaking right now.
I am getting teary eyed here. My husband doesn't get home for another few hours.
I should probably just wait a few days and take another test. I don't want to get my hopes up. Oh my gosh, it's Father's day this weekend.

I wonder...I wonder...I can't believe it... :shock:
Has anyone ever had a faint line and not ended up being pregnant? Hmm...

If you see ANY other line...faint as can be....it's positive! If it's negative...you won't see anything at all for the other line no matter how hard you try...espeically with that brand....I've always used it! Take another test first of the morning and it should get a little stronger...then blow his mind with a father's day surprise! Hoping you get a second BFP!!!

By the way, I've had false negatives before... but never a false positive, and that's over 10 years of pregnancy tests! :) HA!

Yep I agree with this - first thing tomorrow morning the 2nd line will be much darker if you re-test- CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

Thanks everyone for your prayers and support!!! I am still in shock and don't want to get totally excited yet....even though I am pretty sure it is a BFP.
I told DH last night when he came home. His initial reaction was complete shock. I told him I was going to wait until Father's day and when he realized that it was father's day on sunday he got really excited. Then he called his best friend and told him. He seemed very proud and excited sounding...

So we decided to wait until Sunday morning and take the other test. If it's another BFP, then I will make an appointment on Monday to see our doctor. :):):):)

I almost feel wierd because I know how many women are trying so hard for so long and for some reason have to wait. I will continue to pray that all of you here who are trying will conceive soon!! For myself I have been praying in these past few months that God will give me a child in His time and as much as I want one now, I want to wait until He is ready because His timing is perfect, not mine. Last month I was feeling downhearted because my mom told me I was foolish for even thinking about having a baby because I am "only 29" and we don't own a house yet, so around O we really only bd'd once, right on O day. I have been feeling nauseas a bit but DH kept telling me he thought it was an ulcer. I thought it was like..IBS symptoms or something.

This morning I went to Second Cup and got a decaf coffee for the first time in my life. :) But we are not going to really get excited until tomorrow when I take one more HPT.
I will let you all know for sure.
And to those of you still waiting for your BFP, please have faith you will get yours soon! I will keep you in my prayers!!!

Congrats! I had a very faint 2nd line, I wasn't patient at all, and bought a digital test, and retested that same day and it said "pregnant" right away. I would say you are definatly pregnant. Congrats again!

Yep, it's a BFP!!!!! Me and DH, (mostly me) couldn't wait anymore last night and took another test. The line was not faint, it was definately there.

I think I am in shock....still. It's going to be a very very hard pregnancy because of my back problems but it will be worth it.

Congrats! That's wonderful news! I too have back problems and I didn't experience any back pain with my first pg. With this one it's been hurting a bit but nothing that is unbearable. Just cast all your cares on the Lord, for He cares for you!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! My aunt also had back problems, but she went a maternity store and got a back support thing. It helped tremendously, because it took the strain off of her back. Just go to your nearest maternty store and they should be able to help you.
