Yeah!! (if we can say that about having AF!) I got my first PPAF the other day. At first I thought I over did it with exercise and it caused me to start bleeding again, but after looking back on the past few days, it seems obvious that I was super PMsing!! LOL!
It's weird to have AF so soon after giving birth. With DD, I didn't get my first PPAF until she was about 9 months old.
So, I guess I can start tracking things better!!
Here's to officially TTC!!
Blessings,
Amber

I was the same. I bled for 2-3 weeks, the very next month she came and every month since then. She really isn't welcomed anymore!!!!!

I have to say, I forgot how much I didn't live having AF! Lochia is ok to deal with because it means you just had a baby, but AF, yuck! I have only had two AF's, not counting this one, since November of '04....LOL! I just have to stay pregnant and/or breastfeeding until I go into menopause, and I will be happy!
saved....I hope AF gets a good kick in the back side at your house, and realizes that it's time to go!
Blessings,
Amber
Congrats, Amber! I will be praying for the Lord's timing for your next little one! I am still waiting for PPAF...

Hey congrats Amber! Yea it does seem a little early but then i'm sure that there is a wide range in how long it takes women to AF after giving birth. My sister had her first and got pregnant with her second before she had a period so she didn't have one in over 19 months!

Thank you everyone! It feels good to get back to "normal." I was a bit concerned because when my first PPAF came after DD was born it was 18 days long, I had HUGE clots...(nice TMI huh?) and almost bled to death. We were out of town, and I was NOT going to a hospital in another state. (Long story, but Dh and I have been to so many hospitals due to stuff) I had to go on birth control pills for a month to get my hormones back into gear. I did get pg after I stopped the BCP, but I do not like taking them. So, this PPAF was getting REALLY heavy yesterday and I was getting concerned that it was doing the same thing. I prayed so much about it yesterday, and the Lord has been so good AGAIN! Praise him for his faithfulness. He's just so amazing! Today, it's been pretty normal and lighter. I praise Him, and will keep praying that it stays normal! :-D
Can I say how TIRED I am of pads? They suck!
Blessings,
Amber

They really do! But tampons i guess aren't good for when you are ttc. Did you know that? I just learned about it. It's only bad when you pull them out dry. I forget the full reason but something about blocking the ducks that create your fertile cm.???? Anyhow......
Glad to hear good news!
