I'm coming up on week 30 and am shocked to still be going pretty strong with the exercise. It has helped tremendously as my other 3 pregnancies I gained over 50 lbs. Anyone else exercising through their pregnancy or want to join in?
I swam a lot when I was pg. That, stretching, and walking were about all I was allowed to do, and even so I had to stop at a certain point along each pg.
I just loved the water because it made me feel so light and graceful! :D
Getting out was not fun tho :lol:

I usually walk around the farm as often as I can. Gabriel sleeps in his stroller as I push him. It is an amazing work-out! Not like walking on the street at all.

I walk all the time at work, and then I try to do my pg water arobics class at least once a week.
