Ever hear of using it as a lubricant?????? I was reading TCOYF and it says if you don't not have fertile or high quality cm then use real eggwhite! It is the closest thing to fertile cm because it's high in protien! Don't use it if you are allergic to eggs and there is a chance of getting samenella (sp?)
Personally, I wouldn't do this, it just sounds ewwwww... But apperently some have and some have had success with it.
Ever heard of it or tried it?

Never tried that, but mineral oil worked for us. Yes the mineral oil that is in the laxative aisle. You do not drink it but use it as a libricant. It was doctor and nurse recommended as being the best sperm friendly lube if you didn't want to spend the money on preseed.

It is totally for real. The reason its under maintaining a sense of humor is because the couple that did it has there story written under that setion and was comical, but it worked they got pregnant!

Silly question here girls,,,, hear me out and don't laugh at me!!!

Do you guys use preseed and other lubricants in hopes of increasing chances of conceiving or do you need the extra lubrication??? I just wondered if they "caught the sperm" better and helped it to travel upwards better or something. Or is it just the need for a bit extra fluid for them to swim up in???? I know strange weird question...

I've always had a rather :oops: (TMI) excesive amount of lubrication...so I've never thought of even buying any of those products for ANY reason!!!

I used preseed this month for the first time. I have pleny of enough lubrication from fourplay, but that is different than fertile cm. I don't have a high quality of fertile eggwhite cm. So I am hoping the preseed will substitute for it. It's suppose to. Plus when ttc, the extra lube is nice because it keeps you from drying out and be sore from bd too much.

And yes, if Miss Toni says it in TCOYF, I'd believe it.
I have no use for such experimentation, but, if I were in such a predicament as to need it, sure, I'd do the egg white thing. Really. No biggy. I'd rather do that than some fake, chemical, who knows what nastiness down there..KWIM?

Just my 2 cents haha

So true so true...eggs are not my reactionary thought on 'fun with food' night ... uh, not in the bedroom anywho haha

Whipped cream, chocolate, ice cream, perhaps even Jell-o ?? but, eggs? uh, not so much

But..that connection *did* come to mind as it did Jen's heehee
I was thinking along those lines as I came to her post. Found it hilarious :D
