I used a spreadsheet, split the list into 2 sets of 15, and copy/pasted the 2nd set in two different ways to align with the first column. A lot faster than picking through.. I wanted to have it done earlier this week, but the forms going bust and other technical things popped up. So it's the quickest version I could muster.
