Oh my! the sun is shining here in Eastern Mass. It is 80 degrees out and it is beautiful. For those of you who don't know I live on a farm. There is an apple orchard all around my house and more further out back in the feilds. The trees are in blossom and they are just so gorgeous to look at, as well as the peach pear and plum trees. I wish you could all be here to see. Some of the fields have started to be planted, the raspberry bushes are growing back up, the blueberry bushes are starting to look nicer also. The greenhouses are full of thousands and thousands of beautiful plants all kinds you can think of, the shrubbery is going into flower, and in a couple months they will have mums out back lovely as ever. I know this all seems so pointless to write about. I just love it so very much... and hate it all at the same time. My husband works 7 days a week now about 10 hours a day. I miss him so much this time of year. Usually I walk down and help him work which is what I'm about to do now... well as soon as our son wakes up anyway. I wish I could have you all out here to take a walk out through the orchard! When there is no one out there but you it is so peaceful... well anyways thenks for listening to me go on and on about nothing. I hope all of you are having a great day today. talk to you later.

Oh the view sounds breath taking! I am in a family owned business as well and some months are more demanding than others, hence long hours away from my hubby many months too. Sometimes its like feast or famine around here. Tons of work hence comes the money, off season time with family hence no money. This site is wonderful for support, friendship and sharing even ifs just a praise about ones day.

I could just picture your orchard you were describing too, and I love flowers and all kinds of fruit so I would love to take a walk with you! My 5 munchkins would love to run and squeal and laugh through the trees too. Soon your little guy will be doing the same!

renee, we have the same name... it's always nice to share something with someone else. Yes the work schedule can be difficult, it is nice to have encouragement though through everyone here. Although in a farmers situation there never really is money no matter what the season :lol:
