headaches/migrains from day one through delivery......
not much of a Tylenol fan either, but occasionally would take one....I'm with Jen, sometimes a pop would help to have the caffine take the edge off and I don't drink caffine at all during pregnancy or before, so not "comming off the caffine thing" that would make it necessary...just seemed to help me sometimes in small doses....
Also...HEAT helped! The best thing for me was a fairly warm shower, I know, not recommended, but I kept my belly out and only staid in for about 15 minutes.....then turned the heating pad on and put it on my neck/shoulder area and took a nap in a dark room.......worked wonders!!
Hot tea was good too....
Good luck!

I too had headaches in the beginning then it subsided and reoccurs every now and then.

Pre-pregnancy I was a headache/migraine sufferer. Thankfully, I've not had to endure a migraine while pregnant.

I have scoliosis so get pressure where the neck and spine fuse but have only had to use Tylenol to help alleviate and also a warm bath.

Tylenol never phased my headaches pre-pregnancy but it seems to help when I've needed it while pregnant.

I have had headaches return and I am just into my second trimester. Some have been really nasty ones too. I drink extra water and do lots of stretches and facial massage on myself as I am prone to myofacial (muscle tension) migraines.

pre-preg, I never got headaches, but I have been getting so real whoppers lately. It feels like my head is in a vice, and won't let up. I also don't take tylenol, just try to ignore it and take a rest which helps.

I get headaches when I am not drinking enough water. Dehydration can give you really bad headaches. Also stretching, if it is a tension headache from tight muscles, doing stretches and some light cardio to loosen up muscles really helps me.
