Hi Everyone.
I've been on this ttc board for over a year now and I know many of you have prayed for me from time to time.
First of all, I want to say thank you.
Second of all, I want to tell you that after over 3 years of ttc, I finally got my BFP last Wednesday! I just told DH yesterday at the beach during a sunrise on his golden birthday! It was so exciting and he was so cute about the whole thing...we shared tears and he kept saying how it was the happiest day of his life!
I couldn't believe it the morning I saw that preg test ..the first thing I did was pray to thank the Lord for his trust in me to be a mother and thank him for giving me the assurance that I am capable of falling pregnant. It was a question of mine and DH for such a long time!
Here's my DH testimony:
DH used to be a smoker and chewed tobacco...tried quitting for many years. Well, three months ago when DH was praying for a little one, he said the Lord spoke to him and told him that when he stops with the smoking and chewing, in 3 months He would give him the desire of his heart ... My DH told all his friends and co-workers (mostly non-Christian) about what the Lord had told him! LOL...they must have thought he was a crazy man!! Well, DH has been so obedient for 3 months and we prayed together all the time for this and the Lord has kept his promise! PLT! DH can't wait to tell the news to all those he had told about his prayer.
I did have a miscarriage years ago and have not been pregnant until now... Please pray for the health of our baby and that we have an uneventful nine months. We are supposed to go on a missions trip to Samoa for 10 days in July...I really have been looking forward to this, so please pray I will be healthy enough to get the doctors OK for me to still go...I should be in my fourth month.
