My reflux question was answered. Titus is spitting up due to his RSV and the mucus is bothering his stomach. Anyway, he is in the hospital for a few days until he gets off oxygen and breathes easier. Please keep him in your prayers! Blessings!

:? That's kind of the direction I was leaning when I read your other post... David had RSV as well. Actually his 2nd cousin just had it as well, and she's about the age of Titus. Praying for you, I know how hard it is. [hug]

Due to his asthma, David has actually had RSV at least twice. The second time it was classified as bronchiolitis, an older version of RSV.

I'm sorry! Our first dd was in the hospital for 3 days when she was a month old with an unidetified virus, so I know how stressful it can be. Praying that he recovers quickly and that you can get a little rest.

Thank you all so much for praying! Titus is now home! We are so excited! He made a relatively quick turn around and is over the worst. He is still needing breathing treatments, but we can give them to him at home thankfully and are praising our Father in Heaven for having him in His hands! God Bless!

Yeah!! Wonderful update Emily.

I had 2 with RSV as newborns on breathing treatments all winter(nebulizer is that what Titus is on?). Hugs to you mom its a lot of work, but I know you do whatever makes baby well, and breathe. Has his vomiting stopped? With spring and summer approaching you will notice a huge difference, those cold/flu months are just awful on babies who are prone to RSV and respitory illness.

Continued prayers for you, Titus and your family sweetie.

Titus will be on a nebulizer machine. It is kinda cute, a train with stickers on it. I think my 20 mos. old will want to play with it. We will take him back to the doctor on Monday. They told us to expect at least 7-10 more days of coughing/wheezing and hopefully this will pass and we can have some time without illness. Oh, and his vomiting stopped completely on Wednesday night and haven't spit up at all since. It is a huge relief. He is back to eating like a hog since. God is good!
