have ya heard about this? Has it worked for anyone that you know? I read up on it and today I went to go buy some. You're suppose to take 2 tsp. 2-3times a day for up to 6 days, the week you ovulate. It can't be just any cough syrup it has to have guaf.... something as the active ingredient. Anyhow, let me know if you've heard of this and are doing it as well!

I haven't tried it (much anyway-- I may have had a spoonful when I first read about it!) I can barely stand cough syrup, so it'd be torture for me to take it over and over.

I've also read green tea can increase cm, so I try to have some of it when I notice fertility signs.

you're talking about guaifenesin.

it's pronounced gwah-ah-fah-nes-in

I never took it for conception, but have taken it during in the past for what we're trying to determine of being fibromyalgia.

the guaifenesin somehow helps with that, too.

I think it was one of the Robitussin syrups that I took.

It's worth trying, even though my 3yearold dd laughs at me when I take it! I hate hate hate cough syrup! I plug my nose and always have a drink to wash it down! Horrible stuff. My dh says am worse than a little kid. :roll:

But if it works it'll be worth it!
