At my church we have a lady that sings, "I've just seen Jesus" every Easter. I would have to say that is my favorite non traditional Easter song.

My favorite Easter Hymn would have to be "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross"

I love that one too. we used to do it as kids and use our stomachs instead of our diaphragms and there is a video somewhere of all of us bouncing our shoulders where we were breathing through our tummies instead during the alleluias part.
