I thought it would be fun to hear about everyone's pets. I'm SUCH an animal lover and I love to hear about people's pets.
Here goes about my "zoo" :
6 cats: Cuddley, Watermelon, Princess Calico, Daisy, Creamy and Smokey
4 dogs: Sydney, Molly, Spot and Sophie
2 fish: Toe (Tic and Tac died) and Clue

1 ball python named Leiah.

We have a tri-colored Jack Russell and Papillion mix named Trixie Louise (who is the best dog ever, I might humbly add). Got rid of the beagle puppy (after she ate a dvd case) and the beta, Sushi died. We are getting ready to set up my ten gallon aquarium again though with some tetras and such for the baby's room.

Maxwell-my kitty who sleeps on my face every night.
Nacho-parakeet, he's green and yellow.
Fish-well, we have a lot of fish! We have a 150 gallon with 6 commets, 4 cory catfish (2 albino, 2 green), and 2 plecos.
We have a 10 gallon tank of guppies(not sure how many); 2 fancy tails, 1 that's a cross breed with platty (we're assuming...and she's REALLY pregnant), 1 green cory cat, 1 otocinclus, 5 snails and 1 thin fish that eats the algea off the tank, but isn't a pleco...I'm not sure what it is exactly, I'd have to ask Bill.
We have a 1 gallon tank with about 50 guppy/facytail babies in it, 1 otocinclus, 1 barbatus cory, and 2 snails..*phew*...I think I got all of them!!

Crystal, I think that is so neat that you are putting the aquarium in the baby's room. I had one in my room when I was very little and I remember the bubbles lolling me to sleep. :)
That's a LOT of fish, Chels! I'd love to come see them all. I bet Maddie loves to look at all the fish! :)
We just have three cats (one lives next door at mom's most of the time):
Snoopy
Opie
Pugsley

Yeah, Maddy especially loves watching the commets, they're getting big...heh, much easier to see than the guppies!!!

I'm so sorry, but I had to laugh about the names Tic, Tac, and Toe for fish. Very cute. RIP Tic and Tac. Did they "go" in order? I should be slapped.
We have had a Boston Terrier ("Boo") for 6 years now. He's 7 yrs. old. My first baby!
We rescued a cat last fall, KitKat. Vet guestimated his age as 3 or so.
Because I tend to spoil dogs and make them needy and anxious when separated from me, we'll probably stick to cats from hereon. Until I'm an old lady, then perhaps I'll get as many dogs as possible!
We have Pucky our almost 9 year old Pekingnese, Clover our Schnauzer/poodle mix, and Thalia our Kitty who is also 9.
Clover and Thalia both came from the local Humane Society. I'm an animal nut, and if my little house were bigger, I'd have more. They are just like children, and spoiled rotten! :D

[rofl] Actually don't tell anyone but I'm not sure which two actually croaked because they were all indentical so I just told the kids that Tic and Tac croaked...you know us moms are supposed to know everything, even which animals died

Pet envy here
We *had* 2 cats and a dog when we moved here. Dog, German Shepherd/Akita mix, Joshua, ran off. He was about 1.5 yrs old. And we had sibling kitties..or more specifically, litter mates. A beautiful fluffy yellow, Spurgeon and a graby white tabby named Hodge. Folks here in the city didn't take well to my cats being outside. Felt they were being abused or something apparently as 2 or 3 neighbors had been known to have my cats in their house and one had made comments to my husband about 'the weather getting cold' It's ok, they're used to it. Big fluffy coats, they were outside cats out on 'the farm' as well. But they didn't believe us. Same with the dog, but anywwho...
So I think that had something to do with the disappearance of Spurgeon. He would go off and play as usual but always return. Always. Then, he started being "out" more and more, being gone longer. Home visits were few and far between. And when he did return, he smelled like an old lady LOL So, me thinks someone just snatched him and kept him indoors.
Then Hodge, well, he's not a very good inside cat. He makes BAD stinky messes, to put it politely. And if he has to share the box with another kitty...ooo it's really bad. AND he's sensitive to foods which makes this matter all the 'better' hehe So, I'm thinking, nobody really wants to keep him inside. Not if they have another cat which most around here do. So, well, he's only sort of here. His home visits are getting further apart, each time he returns, he too, smells like an old lady ;) So, I don't bother anymore.
But I miss kitty snuggles and puppy loves *sniff* I just don't care for the work ;) So, I'll just visit y'all with animals for now. Until I'm ready for us to own again..sound good? :D

We have a big ol' doggy mix between shep/lab/husky named Clyde. He is about 11 yo.
We had a beautfiful cat named Coda, but decided to start going to the bathroom all over the house.. that is a no no for me.
The reason Coda started going in the house was due to the addition of Cadence. Someone dropped her off one day (we live in the country) so we went outside an brought her in... needless to say .. we left her back outside with the other wild cats. She sprayed everywhere. After that Coda began to spray everywhere.. jealousy!

Just have 4 fish here...Spot, Marlin, Nemo and Tucker the Sucker!
My precious Bandit waits for me at the rainbow bridge! He was a collie mix and my heart still breaks for him. I don't know if I could ever have another dog, I don't think I could handle that pain again.
Let's see...
We have two kitties; Rupret And Alice (brother and sister), we got his name from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Steve Martin movie).
We have three huge gold fish an five placos their names are; Brando (a big black goldie that looks like Marlon Brando), Captain Jack Sparrow (a big golden goldie), Barbosa (a calico goldie) and then the five placos are Frankie and The Four Goodfellas... I know... we're weird. I always forget the placo's names...
Then there's the newest addition... BENJAMIN, the English Mastiff... I dreamt of having him for years... of having this noble breed, who would laze about and drool everywhere... who would rarely bark because he's lazy... yeah... he barks at everyone, and is afraid of our cats... cars, other people, babies, pretty much everything that moves. He drools, snores, farts and belches... it's like having another man in the house... HA

I've always had a dog. Right now my current dog is a little (but rather quite fat) pug named Loki. My dog through my teenage years, although he doesn't have much time left (he's very very old) is a mutt called Finnegan. We also ventured into owning a cat however he didn't like it when baby came along and we had to find another home for him. We called him "kitty" (original I know). Anyway the only reason I mention him is that he keeps coming back to us (the song is true!).

We have 1 AKC german sheperd named Deacon he is 4 years old, he is a black and tan. He had 2 beautiful litters of pups with our AKC white sheperd. Her name was Heaven. She ran away the last time she went into heat :( . Our kids are still upset when they talk about her. She has been gone almost a year. :(
We also have a small tank with a fancy tail guppy in it. We had 2 but one died 2 weeks ago. We are going to get more soon. I like the fish.

I have two wonderful Yorkies. One male, one female. I do not breed them. When I lived in Indiana my dh and I were only married a little while. All my friends have been married for at least a year and they were pregnant. So I got baby fever. I told dh that I either wanted to get pregnant or get a puppy! So of course we got a puppy! Chloe May, she is now five years old and is the best dog ever. So smart and so easy to care for. We wanted a friend for her so a year later we got, Diego Cortez, (Diego from iceage and cortez after my brother in law) He is the opposite of Chloe, she is dainty and girlie and he is yappy and bigger than life! I love them both so much and so does my dd!
my dd kitty cat got out our doggie door. I wasn't too worried at first but, then I remembered I didn't want to get her fixed! STUPID this to do. She is as big as a house and it's all my fault. I feel so bad and SO, SO stupid. Now, I have to wait till she has these babies and give them away. I should have had her fixed!!!!

I have one dog, Rio who I love. We adopted him from a shelter 1.5 years ago, and he has been such a good dog for our family!
My husband has a cat... I don't like to talk about her. She is bad, mean, doesn't like kids or me, and has begun marking my house... We may not have her for much longer.

We had a yellow lab named Max for ten years. We loved him so much, but now he's gone. :(
We have no pets right now...but I seem to have some type of creature that sneaks in every night. It empties the contents of my refridgerator, and messes up every room in my house!
We have a long haired Chihuahua names Chico. We love him although he likes to mark his territory from time to time!!! :x
this is him
