I found this site that talked about a very harmful ingredient in infant formula and kid's vitamins. I looked on Timmy's vitamins (I try to read all food labels but to be honest I've never thought to look on vitamins) and saw that there are 62 ingredients. That particular one wasn't on there but aspartame was which I know is extremely dangerous. Also propylene glycol which they say you shouldn't even use in soaps! I don't even know what a lot of it is. I thought I should share this in case anyone else wants to check their vitamins.

Very interesting Chrissy! Thank you for sharing. I really dispise aspartme. It makes me feel so gross and icky! I refuse to buy anything with it. I always figure something natural, even sugar, is better than something like aspartme. BLAH! It's giving me a headache just thinking about it.
