Hello everyone! My name is Hope and I am from South Carolina. I guess I will jump right in and tell ya'll my story! DH and I started trying for a baby about 14 years ago and had a little trouble getting pregnant because I did not ovulate so in Feb of 99 the dr. ordered some hormone and I was pregnant by April. I delivered a 10lb 9oz beautiful baby boy in Nov. 99. We never used any contraception after his birth but were never able to conceive again, so in 2004 we adopted our beautiful daughter. We always assumed that we had the family that God had intended for us to have and really put any thoughts of future children out of our minds, until about a month ago when I began to realize that I was pretty late (I never kept up with it b/c I was always SO irregular and it really did not matter since we were "infertile") and on top of realizing I was late I sure was awfully tired ALL the time!! So low and behold I took a home test on April 13 and it was positive! You seriously could have knocked me over with a feather! So as of tomorrow I will be 9 weeks and so far I am feeling great. I am still tired in the afternoons and getting nauseous but other than that I feel wonderful. I cannot get over how good God is! I look forward to getting to know you great ladies on here and being able to share this time with Christian moms!
