little info first, I bought the action bible for my 9yr old which is basically a bible that is done in comic book form, its not make of fun its just like its a comic book, I thought it was an awesome childrens bible for older boys, well my son thought it was neat and read the whole bible(which since its children bible it wasnt word for word of the real bible) so I told him it wasnt and he wanted the real bible so I bought him a niv one which is more readable than kjv but wow so many words lol so I bought him zondervan dramatize niv bible cd to follow along word for word(which we read together but he likes to read alone alot too which is healthy to have his own private time with the word and God), well this was neat he thought and listen to the entire thing all the way to the gifts of the spirit, which is where my question is, he doesnt understand the bible but is very interested in learning more about the gifts of the spirit, well I tried explaining but I keep losing him, I try to feed him meat of the word when he is still on milk kwim? I am not called I guess to teach children because I am doing a terrible job lol but I googled trying to find children friendly books on the gifts of the spirit and I am not having any success, google is great IF you know what to ask or basically how to word what your asking which is where I go wrong lol so I know my child isnt the only one that is more advance in the word than just about adam & eve and noah and flood kwim?, and I dont want him to get discouraged because he isnt understanding, so does anybody know any children friendly books about the gifts of the spirit and the holy spirit and the fruits of the spirit? tia
