Does anyone here get 'excessive cm' close to AF? I seem to get it most cycles, and keep thinking I'm pregnant (cm like that for me in pregnancy too) then AF comes.
Anyway, it is like I am sitting here writing this post and have had two 'leaks' of cm come out already (although not always that regular). It comes out clear and/ or yellow. Couldn't go without a panty liner - and sometimes have to change it during the day. When it 'leaks' out it feels like when AF comes out onto the sanitary pad. I know it's not bladder issues as the physio keeps saying how strong my pelvic floor is due to constant kegels (my mum's leakage problems scared me into regular kegels!).

I recall something about watery cm as the lining starts to break down... which I get to some degree. I think I've felt a trickle of it a few times, thinking it was AF.

Thanks Jen. I was starting to think I was the only one. When I was 10 years old I started putting folds of toilet paper in my knickers because I couldn't stand the wetness. My mum found out and put me onto panty liners - which I've used ever since.
Always gets worse leading up to AF, and during pregnancy I'm forever worrying I'm leaking amniotic fluid.
And yes - I do seem to be extremely fertile. I've been very blessed in that way.

I have tried charting and the last time I did I was told there was no way I was pregnant and I was with Michael. The person over that looked at online charts said there is no way with my temps and CM. I also have watery CM though even preggos so I know what you mean but thinking you are leaking fluid all the time. I did that with all my pregnancies.

Not every month, but it does happen to me sometimes and I start wondering, did I chart wrong? Am I ovulating late? And then AF comes. This pg has been very um, excessive in that dept also, much more so than previous pregnancies.

I found this :) "It's normal to have one to five days of egg white cervical mucus just before ovulation, and also to have another patch of egg-white or watery cervical mucus just before menstruation begins" from here http://infertility.about.com/od/ovulation/f/too_much_cervical_mucus.htm
