I have used so many and had a different favorite for each child. With kids 1-4 the Ergo and Baby Bjorn were my favorites. I couldn't figure how to use a sling with them for anything. With #5 the pouch sling (New Native and Hotsling along with a lot I made myself) became my favorite but I also tried the mei tai type carrier and never got the hang of it. #6 was adopted at 6yrs old, no carrying him. #7 is only 5 weeks old and I am loving the wrap styles but they seem to take forever to get on and it's hard to get her in and out of if she gets fussy. I still use the pouch sling most with her (with her sitting up facing me). I'm thinking of ordering a K'tan though. Anyone have one?

Kelly, if you like wraps, but are having trouble with the amount of time it takes each time, you could try a Moby wrap...it's soft and stretchy. I haven't personally used one, but you can put it on you before putting the baby in. Then when everything is wrapped around you and situated, then just pop Kerrigan in...may help? I don't know... :D

I have a Ktan and absolutely love it. I love how it gives the support and feel of a wrap without the hassle of actually wrapping it. Much faster to get baby in. Plus it's so versatile with different carry positions. I would love to get another in a different color.

I also have a mei tei and love it. Took awhile before Bubs was okay being in it but now he's fine. It does take a bit of practice but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy.

My go to is my trusty ERGO- but love the Moby for early 0-4ish months! Like mei tais, wovens, and ring slings, but I always go back to Ergo.

Yep, all we are using now is our Ergo, too. I got it back in 2004 or 2005 and have used it with all 3 kids, but the most by far with #3, almost every day for my clingy toddler :) I like the Bjorn and Moby, too, but only for younger babies. Curious about Mei Tai's but never tried one.

Oh girls I ordered the k'tan and I'm in LOVE!!! Out of all the carriers I have tried (umm...gazillions lol) it's by far my favorite.

In the meantime I have a ring sling (forget who it's by) and a Moby. Grace and I always sweated SO much in that though. Is the K'Tan just as thick as the Moby? I know they make summery ones. I am very interested in them ALL! Hee hee!

The Ktan is basically the same material as a Moby just easier to use. They do have a breathable material though that is a lot cooler to wear.
