That looks AMAZING, AB! I love the fact that it is raw (well mostly, anyway, maple syrup is not raw) because my MIL is a cancer patient and is on a raw diet. I'm going to try to remember to show that to her when I get a chance!

We have raw carob powder and the raw foods institute up the road sells raw chocolate powder, so that looks very doable.

Hey, I read in another thread you said carob being high in calcium but upon checking my carob powder label it said it did not have ANY!

???? Any ideas why that might be?

That is weird! I'm wondering if processing changes things? My carob powder (which is raw) has 360 mg per serving.

No, I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I want to! We are not either and not sure we will ever be completely raw/organic. It's so expensive and I just don't think we could do it (at least not until we are out of debt), but we definitely eat some organic now.
