Yes, ladies it happened for the first time yesturday=( M/S turned into vomit=( It was bound to happen despite my best efforts. Had a good cry on hubby's shoulder last night cause the end is no where in sight. Yesturday dd was chomping at the bit to get out and about but, I just couldn't. THankfully there's an older teen at our church who offered to relieve me any afternoon like yesturday! So, I called when school was out and she came and took Em to the Library for 45 min.s which was a huge blessing (cause I hated that Em was being adversly effected).

OK. next topic- Vitamin B-6. I'm completely off the progesterone and everything seems to be fine so, here's my next topic. I've been taking vitamin B-6 for a week or more now. It helps to increase the digestion function and the nervous system hence helping to ward off nausea from morning sickness. It was helping ward off the non-stop intense nausea but, I had to eat all the time cause if I got hungry at all that feeling very quickly turned to intens nausea. After a little while the one in morning didn't seem to last till the end of the day so, even the the bottle said 1 daily the mid-wifes note said I could take 2 daily. So, I asked her at the appointment the other day just to make sure. She said yes. So, that night I took a second one and litterally was eating no less than every 20 min. THe next day (yesturday) I took the morning one and let the hunger go too far and threw up. For the rest of yesturday I had to eat all day long and stay laying down. I've determined that one a day is where I'll stay. I had the highest recommended dose (all I could find). This is what was recommended to me- Vitamin B-6 25- 50mg. so what's your experience ladies?

Never used the vitamin. Heard about it...just never bought it. My morning sickness was worse weeks 7-9 then ended. Now I just have the food aversion thing. Not nausea, gag reflex on certain foods. Textures really do it to me now. Forget mashed potatoes, puddings, anything with that semi creamy soupy nature. Ugh!
I hope yours gets better soon. I'll be praying for you. Sorry you had to be sick yesterday but it sounds like you are doing all the right things to help it.

Hi Ren!!! [welcomehi] I don't know if the B made me worse, but I did get progressively worse anyway, peaking at around eight weeks and maintaing that level of yuckiness until it passed completely, quite a while later. I did get to the point where I couldn't keep the B or any other supplement down, so I discontinued them, doctor's orders. LOL ... ... I would get to the point where I was timing how long I could keep my vities down so I could calculate how much I was absorbing before the rest came back up. Oh, my... this is not a fun time, is it? [hug] [hug] [heartbeat] [heartbeat] [hug] [hug] It will pass in a flash, Ren, and the sun will come out for you again, soon, so you can really have fun for the rest of your pregnancy. [weathersun]

Yeah... I was REALLY sick with the twins, and was actually losing a LOT of weight; so my midwife put me on B-6 but, yeah, it didn't even TOUCH it! I finally had to go on anti-nausea pills, yuck... not fun...
