She did it!!

I was a doctor's appointment in North Atlanta tonight, and DH was watching the kids. After the appointment was up, I called to check in. It was an hour's drive there, about an hour in the office, and it was going to be an hour back, so I was naturally concerned about leaving him with the baby who won't take a bottle or a sippy cup.

About 45 minutes before that, my little Tory Bug took her first steps! She basically was walking from one thing to another, but there were a couple of steps in there without holding on to anything. And I missed it!

Serves me right, I guess. I got to see my oldest's first steps and call him to tell him about it. He says we're even now...

OH that stinks that you missed it! I missed my DS' first step and I was sitting right next to him :cry: :cry: . We were at a b-day party and my niece and her friend were trying to get him to walk between them. I turned away and that little stinker :lol: did it. Of course we tried and tried to get him to do it again and he made me wait a few more days. Stephanie :D
