Now that Hannah's getting teeth, what should I do to start keeping them clean??

I started using just a dampened washcloth and wiping my baby's first teeth and then when they got several teeth, I bought a baby toothbrush and some of the toothpaste for infants that is okay for them to swallow (the kind without flouride) and used it until they could learn to spit out children's toothpaste. Good hygiene starts early :D .

It's actually recommended that you wipe their gums down before they get teeth, but it's fine if you haven't. We got like, this little rubbery thing that you stick on your finger...and we use the toothpaste that she can swallow...she actually seems to really enjoy it!
Wow, Chelsie, thanks for the advice, I didn't know (or had forgotten) it. :D
