Interesting. Thanks for the info. DS LOVES cereal! We eat a rice chex cereal and he almost always asks for seconds. I try to get him to eat other things instead first to get a more balanced breakfast, but he sometimes seems like a bottomless pit in the mornings, struggles through lunch and sometimes a bottomless pit again at supper, but if not, usually eats well for that meal.

Recently, ds has been mixing cereals! It's awesome. Like Cheerios with (off brand) Captain Crunch...

I was just shocked to find out the unhealthiness of some of the cereals that *seem* ok! LOL!
