Well ladies, we have been confirmed pregnant by the doctor! We are SO very thankful for this little life.
There has been some confusion as to when our due date will be but we are pretty sure the baby will come in August! The doctor set a date of August 29th but wanted it confirmed by an ultrasound and that didn't happen so I don't know what he'll do now.
It has been a bit trying on me because I have been showing for several weeks, and both dh and I were convinced that we HAD to be 12 weeks along instead of 8 and then the ultrasound didn't confirm either of those but said we were barely pregnant and only 6 weeks. However, God has been faithful to give me peace and remind me He is in control and I need to just lean on him...he knows this little life and when he/she will come into this world!
Looking back at the situation, I feel a little silly for getting so worked up about it. It really isn't a big deal, we have a baby, that has been confirmed, God knows when he/she will come, what difference does it make when the due date is. Anyway, thanks for listening to my ramblings...I am excited to get to know you ladies more as we journey this pregnancy road together...there sure seems to be several of us all around the same time.
