..to pull out the baby clothes! (That was a dirty trick.. wasn't it?) :p

Anyway, now that I had my fun with ya'll, lol, let's talk about baby clothes!

I'm having a hard time deciding what to pull out of totes and wash in preparation for the new baby. My due date is March 29th but the baby could be born a couple weeks earlier going by my fundal height. In MI the weather changes quite a bit from March-June with some odd warm days in between cold days and vice versa! So, I should probably be pulling out all seasons of 0-3 month stuff... boy and girl, since I'm not sure which it will be! And then with my babies being around 8lbs at birth it's not long at all before they grow into the 3-6 month stuff. So I'm debating whether or not I should pull all it out too. I will probably wait until I know if its a boy or girl before I do that! I just wish I knew now so I could have it all ready! I'm kind of bummed too because I have more 0-3 month summer stuff then winter and loads of 3-6 month winter stuff and no summer, which is like the opposite of what I need. Hopefully I have a biggish (not too big!!) baby so they can get some use out of the 3-6 month stuff before the weather turns hot. Anywho.. whatever the circumstances I think we are pretty much covered. I might need to buy a few more sleepers if its a boy and he's not big enough for the 3-6 month sleepers. If it's a girl I'll need more onsies no matter what size she is.

It seems so silly putting so much thought into baby clothes, lol. I'm glad I have you ladies to share with though. Dh just doesn't understand, LOL.

LOL, I saw the title and thought "Really? Already? I thought Ashlee had a few more weeks to go..." Yeah, I'm pretty gullible, lol. Esp. first thing in the morning!

Anyway, I love sorting out baby clothes. When I was pregnant with ds #2, dh found me sorting out onesies at 2am when I couldn't sleep, lol. He didn't really get it either, lol. Have fun, Ash!

Oh I loved going thru all the tiny baby clothes in anticipation of our new arrival! My babies are big too and 0-3 mos lasts about 1-2 mos tops here. She is 4 mos and wearing a mix of 3-6 and 6-9 mos depending on the brand.

Do you have any pale yellows/greens/whites you can pull out from 0-6 mos? Baby jeans/overalls/cotton pants also tend to be pretty unisex and can be multi-seasonal, too. Then you will be ready no matter what the weather or whether it is a boy or girl.
