I don't remember feeling SO sick with my other pregnancies. I think I should remember since it hasn't been very long ago. It is literally ALL day, with maybe 1 hour of relief. I am able to eat some food, and I haven't thrown up yet, but I could have easily. Did any of you feel your morning sickness was worse with more pregnancies? On a happy note we have our ultrasound on Friday so we can figure out how far along I am. The Dr. was guessing 7-8 weeks by the size of my uterus...which I think is probably right on.

As far as morning sickness, my first pregnancy was my absolute worst, I was sick from morning until I went to bed each day, that was the entire time! Then with #2 I had nearly no sickness and #3 has been in between, the first trimester was awful but then once it went away I have felt quite well.

I'm sorry you are feeling so crummy :( On the upside that first ultrasound is something to look forward to! :)

For me, each one got gradually worse. This one (3rd) was so awful for the first 16 weeks... The only things I could even think of eating for awhile were bland mashed potatoes & Cream of Wheat. It did get better though!!! Praying you have some relief....

Ditto for me! (minus the cream of wheat! lol)

with my first i was constantly sick as soon as i ate or drank anything but felt ok otherwise even though it did last 5months , hence to say i lost alot of weight lol , with my 2nd i was hardly sick but the feeling of wanting to be sick was constant and really strong , this for me was worse cos there was no relief at least once i was sick i felt ok , but this never ended , but it was worth it :-D

I agree with the PP's... that it has gotten worse the more children I've had. BUT, though the nausea is worse and other things might be worse, my appreciation of pregnancy has grown as well~ It's funny, I don't remember enjoying or appreciating pregnancy so much before~ I sure hope you feel the nausea ease and soon!

My third was my sickest pregnancy. Though, the following 3 weren't a whole lot 'better'.

Congratulations Becky! I didn't know you were expecting! I was sick for the first 3 months with both my boys but worst with the first![hug]

I was exactly ill like you up to 15/16 weeks with this pregnancy and never sick with my first.
Can't wait to hear your EDD! :)

so from the ultrasound it looks like I am 6weeks 3 days. which would make my due date Oct. 12
