We got one of these today... it's a toddler sized urinal that really flushes.

It's still in the box, but I'll let ya know how it goes. Youngest ds pees straight out, doesn't get how to aim, so dh and I both thought this would be good.

I had targets that came with one of our potty chairs so used those a bit. They were just paper with a star on it and they dissolved/flushed quite well. I've also heard to put cheerios in the toilet and tell your son to sink them. I don't even like going in my boys' bathroom (they are 4 1/2 and 8 yrs. old) as it smells and I usually have to clean the floor behind and around the toilet - UGH!! Sometimes it is right after I just cleaned it and they messed it up again. Hopefully they will get it INSIDE the toilet bowl soon.
