Hello ladies! I'm pregnant with my first and only 6 weeks along :)
I go for my first ultrasound with my husband this Wednesday and we're super excited to see something in the sac and possibly a heartbeat.
How were ya'lls 6 week ultrasound and what did you see?

Hi Courtney! [welcomewave] I've never had an u/s at 6 weeks. I only had one early u/s for dating the pregnancy and it was more like 9-10 weeks at that point. What we saw was basically a little bean. lol I hope it goes well! Be sure to update us in the pregnancy forum!

I've never had a 6 week u/s either, I've always had them at 8, it's amazing that you can actually make out a little bean in there that early and I've been lucky enough to hear the heartbeat at both my 8 week ultrasounds. :)

[welcomesign] Glad to have you join us. I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks with my first DS but didn't have one until 5 months with my second.

Congrats and welcome to the board! I don't remember having super early u/s....I think mine were both around two months into the pregnancy.

Hi and [welcomesign] to c-moms . I didn't have a scan till 20wks , i think they do a dateing scan at about 14wks but i never neede one , i guess i could of aske oh well lol , enjoy your scan :-D

Welcome! I had a u/s at 5 weeks once and it was mostly sac at that point, but you could see the teeny tiny baby, too. I don't remember if we could clearly make out the hb or not at that point?
