What's the magic cure for sciatic nerve pain? It's just excruciating to the point I have to stay sitting all day, not every day though. I can hardly bear weight on one leg when getting dressed etc.

Has anyone tried prenatal yoga? Does it help or what's my best bet?

Oh, man I feel for you....... I had it baaaaaaaaaaad all through my pregnancy with Eliya... this pregnancy it's *just now* starting to kick in haaaaaard. I never did find a magic cure, but sitting with a heating pad helped *some*. I sure hope you can find some relief. Yoga didn't help me, it actually made it worse, but everyone is different~

pelvic rocking!! I dont know if that is going to help siatic nerve pain specifically but it helps a ton! with back ache and so many other things! I could try to explain it but its much easier just to google it :) I was miserable for a few weeks before i found this now i use it to help me sleep, easy heartburn, and ward off back ache.
Hope this helps you!!

Ditto. I would lay on the ground and lift my legs up and roll left to right and up and down, when I got to big to lay on the ground I would do it on the wall by squating and putting my weight against the wall and doing the pelvic rolls. It helped me a ton.
