So I've had things in past pregnancies that I've been able to identify as triggers. The oddest one being with ds1... it was brushing my teeth. I think I may have just discovered one for this pregnancy. Tomatoes - in any form. I've just realized that the nausea from the past three days (tonight included) have all been shortly after eating a meal that included tomatoes/tomato sauce. sigh. That means no spaghetti, lasagne, pizza, chili, etc. ....all winter meal staples. Oh well. If it means feeling better, then it's definitely worth it!
Anyone else have weird nausea triggers?

brushing teeth always has made me gag when pg
cooking meat, especially hamburger
I usually want lots of pizza though hehe I'd be in big trouble if part of me still wanted pizza but the other part had triggered nausea *snort*

Rachel went through all that too smell made her upset :(
I had no problems at all.
My triggers have been different every time. Usually brushing my teeth doesn't bother me, but this time, there were days when I actually could NOT put that brush in my mouth because I would throw up.... ugh. Now I just can't brush my tongue but for just a second... it still makes me a bit nauseated, but at least I don't spew. Otherwise... Eggs... they have been my trigger since hub and I married... when he was in the Navy, I would get up at O'Dark'Thirty to make him breakfast, and it typically involved eggs... it is now to the point that I can barely eat eggs when NOT pregnant. Yuck. And I used to LOVE eggs. ::snort::

With my first pg I absolutely couldn't brush without puking, ugh. With Payton certain smells and this time around raw meat, yuck! Isn't it strange what pg hormones do to us. [whatwacko]

Oh Kim... I'm not pregnant, but I know what you mean about not being able to eat anything with tomatoes in it! Because of my colitis, I can't eat anything with tomatoes, OR corn... sigh...
Glad to know I'm not alone...definitely is strange what pregnancy (and other issues) do to our stomach! lol

Oooo Madre... this one is mine too! I have been struggling with nausea this past week or two, and my grandmother in law was boiling a hen at my MIL's today while we were visiting. : gag : Oy man it was aweful!
